SHIPPING
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINE
We ship all orders from CABA, Buenos Aires using Correo Argentino and a 3rd party shipping agency for the “Envio Flex” service, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). We currently only ship within Argentina, but we plan to begin international shipping soon.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship on the next business day.
- Envio Flex orders placed AFTER 12:00 PM will not ship until the following business day.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays in Argentina. (We ONLY ship on Saturdays Envio Flex Service if purchased BEFORE 12:00 PM or the previous day.)
- We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.
- All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number, an estimated delivery date, and a link to follow your package’s progress.
Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after your package has been dispatched. You can also check your order status in the “Orders” section of your customer account.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $40.000. For items valued at $40.000 or more we offer free return shipping as well. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes—such as updating your address, modifying items in your order, or canceling—please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has begun processing.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will either replace it (pending stock availability) or issue a refund. Please contact us if you encounter any issues or have questions about your shipment.
