We want you to love your new sneakers! If you ordered the wrong size or encountered any other issue, no worries—we’re here to help. You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
All items must be in perfect condition—unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. This includes the shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, tags, and any other included items.
Items will not be accepted if they are sent back without first contacting us requesting a return.
If we notice signs of wear or damage, we may not be able to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For orders over $40.000 returns are free.
Just email us at contact@benandvec.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Print it, stick it on the box, and drop it off at your nearest Correo Argentino location.

Defective/Flawed Products
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and carefully inspect all items before they leave our facility. If you discover any material or craftsmanship defects, please reach out to us so our customer support team can assist you.

Repeated Returns
We offer free shipping and returns to ensure your shopping experience is as convenient as possible. However, we do monitor how often returns are made. If we identify a pattern of repeated returns that violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to add a shipping charge at our discretion.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
The refund process takes 3-5 business days. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be issued back to your original payment method. (any shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@benandvec.com.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these criteria.
