Because our sneakers come in limited editions, some sizes or models may sell out quickly. Check back frequently or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on restocks and new releases.
With proper care—like gentle cleaning, minimal contact with abrasive surfaces, and safe storage—our special finishes will remain vibrant. Over time, some natural wear may occur, but following our Care Instructions helps preserve their look.

SIZING & FIT
Measure the length of your foot by placing it on a piece of paper, tracing it, and measuring from heel to longest toe. Then, use our Size Guide to find the best match. If you’re between sizes, consider going half a size up for comfort.
All of our models are crafted in a standard fit, but please note that sizes and measurements can vary "widely" between brands—even those that follow a “true to fit” scale. Because of this, "we STRONGLY RECOMMEND measuring your feet and using our Size Guide" to compare your measurements with our chart and size tips. This helps ensure the best possible fit and reduces the chance of needing to make a return for sizing issues. If you have particularly wide or narrow feet, or you’re between sizes, read and follow our Size Guide thoroughly. If you’re still unsure afterward, feel free to contact us for personalized advice.

Our current collection is designed with women’s sizing in mind, though anyone who finds a comfortable fit is welcome to wear them. (check our size guide) We do plan to expand and introduce a dedicated men’s line, as well as a kids’ line, in the near future.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Use a soft cloth to remove dust and a mild leather cleaner for tougher spots. Condition them occasionally to keep the leather supple, and air-dry them at room temperature. Visit our Care Instructions page for detailed steps.
For suede, use a soft brush or rubber eraser to remove dirt, and blot stains gently with a damp cloth—never soak suede. For glitter or holographic finishes, pat them gently with a damp microfiber cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship from CABA, Buenos Aires, Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders placed BEFORE 12:00 PM typically ship the same business day. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days and Envio Flex, if purchased before
12.00PM, ships same day and arrives before 10PM (otherwise it ships next day)
Currently we only ship within Argentina. However, we plan to offer international shipping soon. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
We use Correo Argentino and a 3rd party shipping agency for the “Envio Flex” service. At checkout, select from available shipping options based on speed, cost and location. Envio Flex method may be offered depending on your location. (currently only in CABA)
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the “Orders” section of your account for real-time updates.
We offer free ground shipping within Argentina for orders over $40.000. We also provide free return shipping on orders over $40.000 that meet our return criteria. Check our Shipping Policy for details.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us. We’ll replace it (if stock is available) or issue a refund.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Mercadopago. Refer to our checkout page for the most up-to-date options.
Contact us immediately if you need to update your address, cancel items, or make changes. We strive to ship quickly and can’t guarantee changes once processing begins, but we’ll do our best to help.
We do not currently offer formal gift wrapping. However, our sneakers come in branded packaging. You can always add a personal touch with your own gift wrap at home.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges due to our limited-edition model. Instead, you can return your order (if it meets our return criteria) and purchase the correct size or style separately.
You have 30 days from receiving your sneakers to request a return. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For orders over $40.000 returns are free. (you will be provided with a return shipping label) Email us at contact@benandvec.com to initiate a return.
Unfortunately, no. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
We thoroughly inspect every pair before shipping. If you find a defect or flaw, contact us. We’ll work with you to replace it (if available) or issue a refund. Restocking fees do not apply on damaged or defective items
This fee helps cover processing expenses and allows us to continue offering free shipping on qualifying orders. It’s deducted from your refund before the balance is returned to your original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need extra time to post the refund.
If sneakers show signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to decline the return. You’ll be notified via email with additional details if this occurs.
Absolutely!!!. Feel free to place a new order if you need a different size or style. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the original purchase.
Be sure to consult our Size Guide, read product descriptions carefully, and contact us if you have any questions about fit. This helps reduce the need for returns and ensures a smoother shopping experience.
Yes, as long as the items remain unworn and in original condition. However, please note we monitor repeat returns. Excessive returns may lead to additional shipping charges per our policy. ATTENTION: A 5% restocking fee applies for each pair of sneakers returned
We don’t have an official warranty program, but we stand by our quality. If you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us so we can make it right.
